This mellow roast is perfect for relaxing your mind and muscles, whether you're relaxing during a hectic weekday or winding down on the weekend.

Roasting
As a light roast Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate and mellows into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa offers citrus hints to add balance. The result is a drink that can be consumed by itself, or paired with milk chocolate or cake. It would complement vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.
We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After making the coffee, let it steep for four minutes. This ensures that all the grounds have been filled with water and are not being over-extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Don't stir or stir the coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to appear in the cup.
